Total Health Transformation Package

Our Total Health Transformation package offers a five-day, four-night, all-inclusive health retreat. This package is offered all throughout the year. An exclusive shuttle service is provided for all participants*.

We recommend an initial consultation with a naturopathic doctor, after which we book your five-day, four-night health retreat with us. During this time, you will be involved in an immersive WELLNESS coaching experience that is tailored to your health condition.

Our highly-experienced Wellness Captains will take you through your day and help you to prepare for each meal and navigate your nutritional requirements to aid in your healing process. Our programme is designed to help with several health concerns including:

- Cancer

- Diabetes

- Diabetic neuropathy

- Endometriosis

- Fibroids

- Heart disease

- Hypertension

- ... and more!

Meal Preparation Workshops

You will be involved in hands-on food prep sessions done at the Mountain Peace Vitality Kitchen. Meals are customised for persons with chronic health issues to provide a balanced and healthy, nutritious diet for each day.

You will receive cooking instructions and recipes for you to create your own sustained life transformation at home after the retreat.

Life-sustaining Practicals

You will be exposed to practical sessions, showing you the techniques that you may use at home, for example, farming and food preservation. You will benefit tremendously from the hands-on sessions and will gain insight into how you may apply your newfound knowledge to your at-home systems and processes.

Follow-up Support

Our team at Mountain Peace will continue our health guidance after your stay is complete. We provide private membership via our website where you can send us your questions and hear from others about their experiences as they continue on their life transformation journey.

The follow-up service is exclusively provided to persons who have participated in our retreat.

*The shuttle service is provided from Kingston to St. Mary. Secure parking is provided for your motor vehicle.
